Good coffee

One of the best purchases I've made in 2024. I am now a big fan of Ninja because this machine is like I designed it myself, in terms of it has everything that I want and is made so well. I love the ease of making either drip coffee or lattes. The frothing wand is better than a steamer, in my opinion. Doesn't get all gunky. You just throw a very small amount of milk in a mug and microwave it for about 30 seconds and the frother makes it extremely frothy. Excellent machine.

I'm in love

I bought this a month ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. I love the versatility of being able to use a nespresso capsule for cappuccinos or espressos or making drip coffee  in different sizes and brew types. I had the original coffee bar and loved it. This is definitely a step up from the original and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I bought this a few weeks ago now, & I’ve been using it since day 1. I’ve used both the capsule espresso maker & the regular coffee ground side. I love this machine!! So quick & easy to use. I don’t feel like the ninja website really does it justice, it’s better than I thought it would be!

Awesome machine!

This will be my last Ninja product that I buy, unless it exceeds expectations for the next 5 years. This is my second time purchasing this exact unit. Our last unit became defective after just over a year of use, the nespresso side no longer worked. I was faced with the decision of disposing of almost $100 worth of nespresso pods, or buying the machine again. 
4 stars for now, I will update if needed

Replacing & hoping it dosent fail in a year again

I have two and I appreciate the ease of the device.

Good quality

I have bought a few Espresso Cappuccino machines but this one is far and away better then any of them because I can control the amount of froth for my drinks and the capsules extract the perfect amount of coffee per drink.  The only reason it didn't rate 5-stars is because the froth is cold a way to make it a hot brother would change all my ratings.

Almost Perfect

I start this review saying I'm a Ninja/Shark fan boy. Love their quality builds,  innovative options and beautiful designs. Unfortunately this product missed the mark in making a quality cup of coffee. I gave it a week and tried several different grind sizes and maker settings and this would not produce a bold cup of coffee.. the coffee tasted weak and flat. Once again, the quality was great, design was compact and looked great on the counter but it's main function of making coffee was an epic fail... I have just returned this product.
