Honwasnt sure what to expect - a good cleaner that destroyed the floor, or a gentle cleaner that didn't clean. It's neither - It's a powerful cleaner that treated our floors perfectly. No damager, no excess spray or moisture, quick to dry, tough on dirt. We have a menopausal cat with digestive issues and our son looked after her for teo days. There was old, awful horribleness on the wood floors. It was gone in a quick second.

Absolutely love my new Swiffer Powermop! I've owned all Swiffer products, including the original Swiffer mop. The powermop beats the original by far. I highly recommend. 🙂

Just an average online chopper

If you dont have a great deal of shoulder %26 back strength then this is not for you. Otherwise, this mop works well.

on the first day if use, and after just a few minutes of use, the handle pulled apart.  turns out, that the small spring loaded locking  button thats supposed to lock the two handle halves together, is very weak and cheap. therefore, the handle pulls apart during normal use. now, because of this problem, the only way i can use this item is if i use both hands to hold the handle together, or duct tape them, which i shouldn't have to do.  now, for the $30 price tag, i would expect better quality. consequently, as a result of the  above mentioned, i sent paper  work into the company for a full refund.

I didn't like the design of the mop head. I prefer the original wet swiffer made with the larger width.

This product claims to not leave any residue and it is completely false. Purchased the wood cleaning one and within hours of mopping any footprints or pet prints are left behind. Residue is very cloudy.
