This is a beautiful sturdy gazebo. The instructions are very easy to follow with everything well labeled. We had 1 faulty part and contacted the customer service dept. They were AMAZING!  They got back to us in 24 hrs. They shipped me the part in a few days which was very well packaged. I dealt with Ellen who emailed me every day til I received the part. Can't say enough about their customer service team. We will certainly enjoy our new gazebo. Thank you to all.

Shipped right to my door for 100 dollar delivery. Was convenient. Instructions were easy to follow took 2 days after work to build.

Great purchase

Beautiful gazebo, the service was fantastic, just the two of us put most of it together but much easier with 3 to 4 people as it is very heavy.

It's a lovely gazebo but I almost smashed it to bits trying to follow the awful instructions. Get some men who know how to build. Haha. My husband and his coworker came up with a way to build it that made far more sense!

Good but not easy!

Well constructed, looks great. Had an issue with the top cover where a part was not fabricated properly. I contacted support and they shipped the proper part within 2 weeks. It was inconvenient as I could not complete the gazebo in mid summer. Would have also liked a curtain option which led me to purchase online from another vendor.

Good but had defect.

A few unpleasant surprises. Not a;; "punchouts" were octagonal and required some drilling to allow the bolts to cleaning wind into the caged nuts.  It was not clear that the gazebo was to be dismantled at the end of the season

Not exactly as advertised

Purchased this gazebo with much excitement to complement a backyard update. After hours of putting together the gazebo, we found that the components that put up the top roof were manufactured backwards, creating the wrong angles and screw hole location. Emailed the company (based in China) and called the customer service line to obtain replacement parts, and was informed that it could take 4-6 weeks for the manufacturer to respond. Returning the item is a challenge as it contains many parts that need to be disassembled and will never fit back in the box. It was one of my most disappointing purchases. Luckily, I had a handyman with all the right tools to make some adjustments that would allow the parts to fit until the replacements arrive, so that I can use my gazebo this summer.  On the plus side, the gazebo was well labelled, and the instructions were easy to follow.

Mis-Manufactured Parts

Terribly dissatisfied with Walmart. This appeared to be a beautiful gazebo, we set up 99% of it…hours and hours of work to do. The last corner peice was missing..we received an extra peice of something else and a corner piece was missing. 

Walmarts idea was we take the whole thing apart and return it as they don't ship or provide missing peices to an item…..I'm sure if this was anything else ok..but this took multiple hours to set up it's not something you just box back up. 

They were serious and will not provide any type of replacement piece or compensation as per customer service. 
Shame on Walmart.

MISSING PIECE

Horrible, incorrect parts, had to spend an entire day put it up and noticing that it can't be completed and now I have to spend another day tear it down for Walmart to take it baxk
