Misleading Announcement

This is my 2nd purchase of the unit - this one makes a lot of noise compared to be other I bought . I will be bringing this one back for an exchange .

Unusually noisy

It is not a set of 2 but only 1 and the service refuses to comply with their commitment

False representation

When picking by car (online order), the employee brings me a single purifier while the description clearly says "batch of 2 purifiers". Despite showing him the description, nothing to do. It is one purifier.
