Window kit includes foam seal, slider bracket, 5.9 inch diameter air exhaust hose, hose inlet and outlet, 2 locking screws and drain hose. Works in double hung or sliding windows only, no crank windows. To minimize noise and vibration, the air conditioner should be placed on a firm floor. For safe and secure positioning, place the unit on a smooth, level floor strong enough to support the unit. Connect the duct and make sure it can function properly. Solid product

I really love this portable air conditioner! It is the perfect size for any room. It is small and easily portable. It cools a decent sized room within an hour or two. The remote is a nice feature and works from all the way across our big living room.

Cool everywhere

My boyfriend was sleeping in the living room before we got this for our room because he would get too hot 😆 Now there's no excuse! works really well, covers a large area. The only thing I wish was better was that there needs to be 2-3 ft distance from the window & where it stands - for a small room it'd be nice having it against the wall, but it's a safety hazard so makes sense. Overall it's amazing & much needed!!

Game Changer

this was my first portable AC i have always had window  units works great  and is as quite as my window unit wich was quite so thats the postive the only negative is the user interface some of the features are only available by using the remote  control so if its lost or broken you wont be able to access  those features its a minor complaint because most control is on panel but its still a minor issue

works great surprisingly quiet but not perfect

I just bought this to have as a back up when we lose power in the house. The generator will run the house but not my AC unit so this portable will come in handy. It is very easy to set up, move around and store. Puts out very cold airand his reasonably quiet as well. I think this is a great buy for the money and works great as a back up or is as a permanent unit for a small area such as a bedroom.

Terrific Performance

I use this in my work shop wich is 460 Sq feet. Now my shop is not insulated and has a 14 foot ceiling but this unit has been able to keep the shop comfortable even in the south Georgia summer. My only complaint is I would like the fan to blow a bit more.

Cools great

I enjoy a cold apartment and only have heating in my building. This unit gets the job done and cools my living room space very nice and quickly. It's got wheels so I can wheel it into my room and it isn't too big to take up a lot of space. A few struggles I had while looking for a portable ac, including this unit, was my window was taller than what the slider kit could reach unfortunately. Also I got 2 locking screws but only one side of the slider has holes to lock it in so it's kind of crooked but the window stabilizes it. Other than that, it works as intended and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I can't speak for the other features included in all honesty but I'd like to believe this was a fair rating.

Works as intended! Couldn't be happier except...

Two people might be needed to carry it comfortably upstairs, but in normal condition you can roll it on a hard surface or lift it on carpet. I recommend a cart for the latter however. 
Super easy to install and operates, it quickly cooled down our 500sqft bedroom. Noise is noticeable but not deafening or even distracting.
