We bought this during the heatwave in NYC, we have a sun facing apartment. In less than 8 hours the apartment had cooled down. By the next day we needed warm clothes to be comfortable! Definitely recommend. Only downside is the tube but of course there's really nothing you can do about that! Other than that it's a 10/10

Easy set up. I used drain tube into 5 gallon bucket but haven't had any moisture collect. Got a 350sf bedroom to 62 degrees. Nice and quiet

Only have had it for a few nights now but I'm genuinely sleeping better with the lower temperature.

I just got this unit in today to replace a Serenity Life unit that only lasted me 2 years.  So far, so good.  It was 90 degrees outside today, and it cooled my 10 x 30 upstairs room from 87 to 72 in less than 2 hours.  The window set up was a little tricky, as I had to add extra padding to raise the bracket up so the hose would clear the casing of my window.  Other than that, it seems to be working great.

Capable unit

Nice portable Air Conditioner for small to medium-sized rooms, very efficient and flexible cooling. It is a compact design, making it easy to move between rooms. This unit provides reliable cooling with an easy interface.

Good Portable AC

im not sure.... wish i wouldve spent more an bought the honeywell. its not quiet by any means. also im not sure about being automatic. the unit never shuts off in ac mode. the fan constantly runs. once the unit ac kicks in, it runs for 3 minutes and off for 3 minutes.  it was set to 76 and room temp was 70 when i finally turned it off.  you cant leave this unit alone but it does cool and heat.
