Since I recycled all the plastic containers, I switched everything in the house to glass storage. I don't know how to can food. I use the jars for storage of dry goods. They are a good size for easy access, yet they hold quite a bit. I don't even need labels because you can see what is inside.

I absolutely love them. I ordered the 2-pack online because it was cheaper than if I went to get them in store. I used the pick-up option and was able to get them same day. I use these for my organic herbs! Love love love them. Will be buying more very soon.

LOVE THE SIZE FOR STORING DRY FOODS, ALSO WORKS IN THE FRIDGE FOR HAVING SEVERAL FLAVORS OF LEMONAIDE, STORAGE OF PASTA IS GREAT IN THESE JARS.  I USE THE QUART JARS FOR STORING BEANS.
I REALLY WISH THEY SOLD THE POURING SPOUTS TO MAKE IT A PITCHER SEPARATELY.  THEY USE THE 1/2 GALLON JAR AS THE PITCHER AND I REALLY LIKE IT, BUT IT WOULD MAKE IT EASIER TO PURCHASE THE PITCHER SPOUT BY IT SELF.

LOVE THE SIZE FOR STORING DRY FOODS

Excellent for extracts! Juice 10 lemons and store the juice to splash in your daily drinking water. Take the lemon peels and put them in one of these large 64 oz. Ball Jars. Add white vinegar to cover peels. Store in cool dark place (under the sink) and shake daily for 4 weeks. Strain.

Always a great choice!

These 64 ounce jars are terrific for multipurpose uses. I don't do canning yet, but I use them as cannisters for uncooked foods such as flour, rice, beans, nuts, grains, etc.  I learned that we, humans, are consuming way too much plastic chemical from all sorts of ways, including food storage. The Jarheads: A Love Story with Ball's 64 oz Wide

I wanted a glass pitcher. But they were $20  each ... even if they were just a mason jar with a plastic spout with handle. I came across this 6-jar pack for just $16. So I bought this and the same spout with handle and a handle-less spout for $9. Now, I use 4 of the jars for pitchers and a decorative mason jar with handle as my drinking mug. Win-win!

These jars are great for storing our dehydrated garden veggies and fruit. They are heavy duty and dont break easy. Over the past 4 years I have purchased at least 5 sets of this brand and a few of Walmarts brand. We use the sealer with the lid attachment to seal the jars we wont open for 3 months or longer.

Quality product. 64 Ounce Wide Mouth is a good size for larger quantities of beans, rice, and other dry pantry items. Glass makes the most airtight storage. Contents can be vacuum sealed using included seals with a Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer. Very happy with these jars.

Optimal size

I'm very happy with these jars! The half-gallon size is perfect for storing dry goods, juices, or even pickling. The wide mouth makes them easy to fill, clean, and use. The glass is thick and sturdy, giving a premium feel. They also look great for kitchen organization or as decorative storage.

The only downside is that they take up some space due to their size, and the metal lids might rust if not dried properly. Overall, a fantastic product for both functionality and aesthetics!

Four jars out of the six I purchased have flaws in the glass. I contacted Fresh Preserving Consumer Care to report quality issues. As requested, I sent them all pertinent pictures and purchase data. Below I'm only sending you one picture. Unfortunately, they gave me a serious runaround. I would not buy it again.
