My daughter and her best friend decided that instead of using it how it was intended though, that they would take it outside to their fairy village, and add a couple of things to it, while taking a couple of things out and adding them to other places of the village. Which, with truly fine with me because they were having a blast and everything got used! This is a super cute kid though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this little fairy garden! She checks it daily to see if the fairy's came at night. We have had it outside on our non-screened south Florida patio, it is partially exposed to the sun and elements. My daughter received it for Christmas so it's been outside for almost 4 months and it's holding up quite well. We planted the seed pack with the seed started mix it cones with and everything sprouted up. Just replanted with potting soil/seed started and flower seeds of our choice and again they are springing up.

It was easy for her to understand the instructions. The chia seeds that are planted also grow with in a few days which is great so they don't get inpatient.  We love it!

We worked in this together and we took our time planting and decorating. Once we added water, the chia seeds only took a few days to sprout! My child was excited! I felt like they were learning about nature while still having fun.

Those younger than 6 may need parent guidance and supervision. I would like to get another set for my grandmother because she enjoys crafts and gardening. This would be right up her alley. It comes with everything you need to decorate your very own fairy garden and my kids enjoy creating this work of art from a simple empty vessel. We like to check in every few days to see if the chia seeds have sprouted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I did this on a rainy day. She had a lot of fun decorating her Fairy Forest Garden. She needed a little help with putting the sand inside the plastic but other than that everything was super easy and clean to do. This was such a nice activity to do with my 5 year old. The chia seeds sprouted so quick, everyday my daughter would check on her fairy garden and she would check how fast and tall her little chia plant would grow.
