Can be robust, but also prone to flaws and breakage.

I have to admit, I had low expectations because of the price. But I figured, how bad could it be from a brand name? It was almost the same price as used ones being sold locally, so I figured it was worth the risk. 
I have to say, ignore the negative comments. This is GREAT! My daughter LOVES this bike, she says it is smooth and comfortable for her (after riding hand-me-downs especially), and it came fully assembled already! Really can't complain at all- can you get a better bike for more money? Sure, but this is just a bike for my 12 year old until she grows up enough to go to the next size so I'm not looking to invest a lot. For the asking price, it is a STEAL. Would absolutely recommend!

An absolute steal of a bike for the asking price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is good quality for the price. However, you get exactly what you pay for. A mountain bike that works well on all terrain but with the stock wheels struggles a bit in more mountain like terrain.

I honestly think this bike is good for all kinds of people, but the only issue I have about the bike is that when I pedal and I turn, my foot collides with the bike. Usually it's not that of a problem but still I think it could be better. I still give it five stars tho.

Good and useful.

I think the bike itself for the price was a good deal and am happy with it.  The assembly fee of $70 was way too high. I had to tighten and or readjust several components on the bike to make it acceptable for my son to ride. Also the back tire was not aired up, was flat. Either hire qualified people to assemble bikes and/or train them better or encourage them to (or offer) an assembly at a local bike shop where it will be done properly. A failure regarding a bicycle component can lead to a really bad crash and injury.

Good bike, poor assembly.

This item was a gift for my youngest son. He loves to be outdoors and travel the neighborhood on his new bike. The assembly process was not too bad, I watched a YouTube video as a guide. The chain gave us a little trouble, but I made the correct adjustments, and he was good to go.

Great bicycle!

The bikes were purchased for my kids and they Love them!     The height, ride, ruggedness, and all terrain capabilities are great for what they find themselves in to.   They shift flawlessly and the tires appear to be holding up nicely.   I would definitely recommend these bikes to anyone who's in the market for an affordable thrill that the kids will enjoy happily.

Kids bikes didn't disappoint

Really nice bike for the price, assembled the bike out of the box, and made initial adjustments. Grandson and  myself with an adjustment to the seat height were able to use the bike. Using my own bike we have been able to take a couple of bike trails on.

Nice starter bike for a tween,after the 20in bike

It's a great looking bike and for the price, can't beat this deal. I'm all for buy it nice or buy it twice and “you get what you pay for. “ My situation is my child is growing like a weed and needs a bike to get from point A to point B. I did not want to break the bank on purchase as the local bike shops have most bikes start at $400 for a bike. I'm used to Shimano and Sram components but let's face it, a middle schooler does not need that level on a bike. The shifting of gears might not be the smoothest, the front shock might not be forgiving and it might be on the heavier side but for the price point you can't beat it.

Kid's Bike for My Son

The bike itself seemed to be decent, but the rear tire had a leak in it when we received it. It will not hold air. Somebody at the factory did not do a quality check before it rolled out the door. Made a sad Christmas for one young man.
