This is as close to an ideal microwave bowl as I have found so far. I was reluctant to buy it because the green plastic isn't the most appetising of materials, but it is light, the sealing and the vent work really well, it seems to be the only microwave bowl Walmart is selling that has a (largely) stay cool handle and its 1.1 litre capacity is close to ideal.
Even better would be a bowl that keeps all moisture and pressure inside but it would also lead to a heavier and less convenient product.
As far as I am concerned, this bowl is about as close to a practical ideal as it can get for my no-effort, hopefully healthful way of eating. If I had known of this bowl sooner, I would have bought it decades ago.
The only potential improvements I can think of for now, would be the addition of an internal glass or porcelain layer and a more appetising colour.

Very satisfied

I love these dishes. They are a good format for my man who always brings lunches. I've had them for a year and they haven't discolored or distorted. Ideal for lunches for a microwave in a workplace. I freeze all my surpluses I cook and in the morning it remains only to choose lunch for dinner.

The dish is airtight, but it is too big for a child portion, and even for an adult.

Good purchase, no more

The dish itself is functional and usable, however the labelling is almost impossible to remove. My husband used goof off and struggled for ages.  I tried to cut it off with a knife and the label then stuck to the knife and wouldn't even come off in the dishwasher. So frustrating!!!!!
