[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of the other reviews I have found are wrong. My only advice is to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! It will burst otherwise. Put it on a microwave safe plate, and microwave on 50% for 30 second intervals, no longer than 2 minutes. It CANNOT touch the walls or any dried food in the microwave. I get the feeling that the 1 star reviews simply didn't read the instructions.

I love it so much I got one for my mom and I will be getting a second just for heat so I can use my other one in the freezer only and don't have to wait for them to get to room temp. 10/10 comfy and did exactly what I needed it to do!! Read the instructions before use and you'll be good

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wrap is perfect if you are struggling with neck pain. Tried so many and this one wraps so easily and isn't too bulky. I've followed the directions for storing and for the heating/cooling and so far, no issues with the beads coming out. Love it.

Perfect neck wrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried both the hot and cold function. I followed the directions and did not have any issues with heating the wrap. I prefer the cold function though. It's like a weighted wrap, I think that helps after the initial heat or cold is gone. I am thinking about getting another one for back up.

I like the fact that it is a bit heavy. It is warm and cold and depends on the side of the fabric. It is either more/less

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was heavy and it doesn't stay warm long you can't warm it up more than 2 mins or more than 30 sec at a time so that's a total of like 4 times u can heat it before it exceeds 2 mins so the heat doesn't last long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't look like what's pictured. After removing it from the freezer apply to my neck and back it's not cold at all. I'm disappointed because I purchased this item based on false reviews. I experienced nothing positive with this purchase, it's too expensive and doesn't work as described. I'd love to return this item.

It's ok

Thought this would be helpful but unfortunately it doesn't get as cold as I expected it too and is only helpful for a short period of time.

Was expecting more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not stay cold for more than 5 minutes after freezing overnight. It never really gets cold, just feels cool. 

It will stay hot for about 2 mins then warm for about another 2-3 minutes and then you have to heat it up again. 

Definitely would not recommend for use and especially for the price. I purchase a cold/hot equate brand pack at the same time just in case and it did the job for half the price and stayed cold and hot more than 20 minutes. 
This is a no go!
