[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am someone who has had tense, knot filled shoulders for years. I feel like I am someone who carries their stress on their shoulders. When I got to try this product I could feel the heated rollers taking my stress away. The fact that I could also put pressure on the straps to customize the roughness of the massage was wonderful as well. The machine itself is rather heavy but I found that I typically used this while sitting down and would be able to shift the weight to a pillow/cushion that I would have behind me so I didn't feel the weight so much. Overall I really like this massager. Its convenient to use and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Perfect neck/ shoulder massager

I never knew how amazing a neck massager was until I tried this out. I love that this one is slim, heats up, lightweight, has arm straps for additional pressure, and compact for traveling. Its like going to the Chiropractor in your own home. I use this every morning when I wake up and drink my morning coffee.  The nodes feel like a human is massaging my neck. It has multiple intensity settings with optional heat. I always use the heat when using this because it feels soothing and amazing. I love that this is small and compact to take when traveling. When my husband and I have to take long car trips, this is always the first this I grab to take and use in his truck. I can't believe I've gone this long without a neck massager.

The massager has a U-shape design that fits perfectly around my neck and is very comfortable. It features four deep kneading massage nodes that feel like the hands of a professional masseuse. You can choose from two different massage speeds and customize the intensity by adjusting the pressure against the device by putting your arms through the loops and pulling down. I love the heated massage feature and use it all of the time!

Another great aspect of this neck massager is that it can be used not only on the neck but also on other areas of the body that may benefit from a deep tissue massage, such as the shoulders, thighs, and calves. The flexible construction of the Realtouch Shiatsu Neck Massager makes it easy to place in the desired location, and the heat function really helps to enhance the experience by providing soothing warmth to the affected area.

The only reason I didn't give this product five stars is because when it arrived only one massager node was functional. I was able to resolve the issue by smacking the node that was not functional and it started moving after that! Other than that slight hiccup, this product is great.

Terrific massager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so this little massager is great! My husband is so thankful I received this the hand cramps it is saving him. The setup is easy just plug and away you go. Luckily the unit came with a charge so it was used obviously as soon as i opened the box. The unit has heat function that is nice and relaxing and 3 modes. Two which are low and high intensity and one that has an auto massage mode with a program installed. -- That was my favorite mode. The massager really feels like a masseuse, i was shocked really. The unit also comes with a hood for added comfort incase you dont want to hold the hand slots on the sleeves. I did take one star away from this just because even though the sleeves gave you control on the pressure by pulling it tighter it was not as strong as i had hoped. That being said it is great for a massager you can use cordless and compact enough you can throw it in a gym bag. I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs relief and is frequently on the go.

It didn't hold a charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how it can heat up and massage at the same time. I wish it was a bit bigger so it can be used on the lower back. This can only be used on the neck. I liked how it massaged my neck. The massages weren't too hard either, which was nice. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was that it has to be connected to an outlet in order for it to work. Other than that, it's a nice massager.

Nice

When trying the neck massager, only the left side worked.  I charged it overnight and when trying it again, it did not work altogether.  It's a bummer to have to return products.  My life is busy enough without having this extra task to take care of.  Very hesitant to order from them again.  I won't be conducting any further business with Walmart.  Thanks for the extra task including a trip to the post office.

This was a Christmas present for my wife and it only works on one side. This was a major disappointment and I do not recommend anyone getting this product.

First impression it doesn't come with a block to plug cord in…that's dumb and you have to keep it plugged in to work. It doesn't charge. The massage feature it barely a light feather. I would never recommend this product to anyone
