Kids that love the movie Minecraft would love this Lego set! It's based right off the movie and the price was definitely worth it. I seen the exact Lego set at Legoland but it was expensive at the time but I still wanted to buy it. The quality of the product is top notch, watch out for younger kids so they don't swallow it.

We absolutely love these! My boys can't get enough of the Minecraft Lego sets and they have been motivated to make and save their own money to get them! I just wish Legos overall were cheaper but that's not realistic thinking so these are great! My boys are 6%268 and both love it!

Another winner

Our kids picked this as a gift for a friend because they like Minecraft and really loved that it came with  more than one of the characters. 
For, what I would call, a medium Lego set, it had a good variety to it as well. I compared pricing and actually saved more by purchasing online. I choose the pickup option so it was ready to go in time for the birthday party.

Birthday Present success

Lego building sets have always been a top choice in our family. The incorporation of pop culture icons makes it even better. The Minecraft label makes it appealing to my kids. We have purchased many sets in the past, and continue to be impressed with the evolution of the instructions. The step by step instructions with detailed pictures make the legos easier than ever to build.  Though it says "ages 10 " my 5 year old grandson puts them together with relative ease.

Assembly instructions are better than ever!

My son had a great time building the Lego Minecraft Movie Ghast Balloon Village Attack set. My son loves that the ghast balloon shoots Lego discs. We have a lot of fun with that. It also includes one of his favorite parts from the movie, the Steve's lava chicken building which is also interactive as the chicken on the roof of the building will “lay” an egg. The directions were straightforward and easy for him to put together.  This would be a great collector set and it would be for us except my son loves to play with it so much.

Great Minecraft themed Lego Set! Highly Recommend

my son loved this lego set. He did not pick it out at first, but purchased it on sale, and he absolutely loved it. He had hourse of enjoyment putting the characters together and taking them apart and rebuilding them into different scenes, all wile combining them with other mine craft characters he already had.

Bought this set for my son. It's a fantastic set, and he was able to put it together in a couple of hours. he loved all the minifigs it came with from the movie. Major plus was the Walmart cash offered over the holidays for this set. If your kids

Lava Chicken

Want the amazing hot spicy flavor of Lava chicken then this lego set is for you. My kid loves it and won't stop singing that Steves lava chicken song while playing with it. my brain might be scattered at this point from the repetitive screaming of melodies but it's worth it knowing it brought him joy. it's a great set for anyone that loves the game and movie.

My son is absolutely obsessed with Minecraft. He received this for Christmas and absolutely loved it. He is still too young to put it together by himself (6 yrs old) but with help from his older sister, it was constructed and they enjoyed doing it together. I did buy it on sale and I feel it was slightly pricey even then but most legos are. I would highly recommend it for any Minecraft/Lego loving child.

Great gift for a Minecraft lover

The ghast is really the only reason to get this, and it's fine. But they threw in the other stuff as filler to make it seem more worth buying and it's all just meh. So it just winds up being more expensive than it needs to be. But it is pretty much what you expect it to be.

Great Lego set especially good if you loved the Minecraft movie and we did!  My grandson loved this for Christmas - he's still working on all the Lego sets he got but said this was the favorite!
