I have had knee injuries in the past, and this type of brace helps. It will not replace the type with metal supports in it that is meant for a broken bone-I had one of those issued by the orthopedic facility that I was sent to when I fractured my tibia-but it will help knee pain or a minor sprain.  Wash and dry it before wearing, and maybe use a knee sleeve if your skin is easily irritated.

Just as I thought. After about a year or so, my old one loosened up a bit so Im ordering another. It does the job, Im happy with it and the price is reasonable.
