I purchased this chair because my legs swell and I'm always cold. This chair is amazing! My feet are now propped up and I have a heat setting. The massage settings were a bonus. You do have to put the chair together and I struggled with a few pieces.  I had to take a few apart and correct my mistake on the arms. I highly recommend! Order today! You will love this chair!

If you sit a lot, it is one of the best office chairs I've ever purchased. Just a warning de plug-in cord is short so ensure your. Workspace has an outlet close. I also use an extra cushion with this chair, but I can feel the massager through the cushion.

I just got this chair put together and working. First off, it looks really fancy. I did find a tiny tear when I unboxed it, but it's so small I honestly don't even remember where it was at this point.
It's not as soft as I thought it'd be and the material is actually kind of hard. The vibration isn't mind-blowing and the heat is just okay. Also, some of the parts feel cheap, like the silver plates. If you snap those during assembly, you're basically out of luck and won't look the same, so be careful when you are assembling your chair. The wheels are cheap too, but I'm just going to swap those out for better ones, so no big deal.
I'll be honest, I could NOT get the screws in the back that join the seat and the backrest together ☹
Even with those gripes, I'm giving this 100% approval. If you wanted a chair with all these features and "perfect" quality, you'd be dropping over $1,000. For what I paid, I'm loving it. It's a great deal for a nice-looking chair.

Great chair if you're on budget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I assambled the chair. At last I found the massage wire  terminals can not  be connected then I retuned it  though I like the chair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is a good value for the money, especially with the heating and massage elements.  But it is not as soft and comfortable as it looks.  In fact, it's rather hard.  

Here are some tips for the assembly:
1.  On the instructions, they show screws marked M, L, and K.  On the packaging, they are 14, 16, and 33.  Very confusing.  And the 14 and 16 are so close in size that we didn't realize there was a difference.
2.  The arms start out identical.  But you attach the silver plates that look like Star Trek logos on what will become the inside of the arms.  The teardrop pieces will be finishing pieces once the arms are attached.
3.  We had trouble getting the long screws that attach the arms  to the back and to the seat to catch, although we were finally successful.  

Overall, we're satisfied for the money, but not elated.

Suggestions for Assembly

No plug-in for heat function. Thus, no heat, one assumes. Arms have the consistency and strength of a cheap paper towel, apparent even before assembly. 

Glad I plugged it in and checked for vibration function before I even assembled. Weak sauce.

Seat cushion has all the cushion of a 2x4.

Utterly disappointing cheap junk.
