Can be intuitive with touch screen, but button layout confusing.

I had the 14 cup maker and loved it. It is a beautiful design, lots of flexibility in options, makes great coffee. However, I accidentally broke the carafe over the holiday and was stunned that they don't offer replacement parts. Seriously, things break! They would not send me a carafe even if I paid for it . They said they only make complete sets.  I looked for a carafe that would fit but reviews of suggestions were fraught with issues as nothing truly worked. I did buy a whole new coffee maker but I feel the manufacturer needs to make replacement parts available. Things break and they do get compensated for the parts so it's a win win. Drew, do better!

Great product works super awesome. I'm able to set my coffee maker to brew my coffee ahead of time up to 24 hours in advance now it is super easy for me in the mornings.

I simply wake up and grab my cup of coffee before heading out for work without rushing it warming up my water for instant coffee. After this purchased we've now completed our entire kitchen appliance set as we had already purchased beautiful's air fryer and toaster plus we also purchased the mixer!

I found that it is very pretty, but the carafe will leak if you don't hold the lid on manually while you pour into a cup. There is a learning curve to using the programming features and touch buttons, but once you learn, it's actually quite simple. I like that you can customize how long it keeps your coffee warm for four hours or less as you wish. The ivory color looks very nice in my kitchen. The glass on the carafe seems to be a little scuffed on the bottom and there's sort of a coffee color to it that might be permanent. I've only had it a month and a half. However, overall it was a great price and better than others in a similar price range.

Coffee maker is a bit difficult to set up , the lid when pouring leaks, I've found it best to  hold lid with other hand when pouring. It
looks nice and so far makes good coffee..
I've read a lot of reviews about the Beautiful line many complaints...I also have the Crock Pot and small Air Frier,  I have no complaints with either of those except I should have gotten the bigger Air Frier.

The coffee maker is pretty but not easy to set all the functions.
Trying to pour water in the reservoir is tricky. 
I almost put in back in the box and returned it for the same ole coffee pot because it was much simpler to use.
I didn't because I like the way this on looks on my counter.
Plus, the  feature to have three different settings from regular, medium or strong brews.

this is so refreshing to have a colorful coffee pot in the countertop.  a bit of anxiety to program due to no actual buttons for each selection. mine did not come with a charcoal filter as shown on some tiktok reviews on how to program 😑   i got this for a back up, im keeping it as my back up, i hate to return stuff. love Drew's items

Love the look of the coffee maker but it almost always spills when we pour our coffee. Really disappointed to have to clean up a mess with most pours. We thought maybe we are pouring too quickly but it seems like we just need to have the perfect angle to pour, which is frustrating when you're half asleep or going through your morning routine quickly.

Beautiful but messy

I really love the  Beautiful Brand!  Not this  coffee maker.  Very sad. I have poured a many cup of coffee in my life. Out of 20 pots of coffee from this maker,  I have only been able to pour 4 cups of coffee without it spilling all over the counter. I've read this is an ongoing issue.  The screen on the maker is  confusing .

So wanted to love !

I really wanted to love this, I have several other small appliances from this line but unfortunately this coffee maker is full of flaws from the guess work with the touch screen to the poor design of the carafe which dribbles coffee down the side of the spout when pouring the first several cups of a brew. The aesthetic unfortunately does not come close to making up for the wasted coffee and messy counters.

Poor spout design

This was the second Beautiful coffee maker purchased first one lasted 11 months, this one quit working after 5 months. I have a Ninja Coffee maker that I have and it is still going 5 years strong. Very disappointing because my wife loves the look but he quality is not there. Don't buy.
