A great addition to my backyard kitchen

We LOVE this pizza oven.  We have made pizzas, tortillas, and cooked steak in a cast iron pan.   We love that it is portable and can be moved around.  It takes about 20-30 minutes for the stone to get hot and then the pizzas are done in 60 seconds.  The sauce and dough recipes that came with the book are our favorite so far.  This is one of our families favorite things to do now.  You will need to buy a pizza peel.  We bought one metal one with a long handle to turn the pizzas and remove it from the oven.  
Then we got 2 small wooden ones to make the pizzas on and we use it to slide it into the oven.  This helps so we can keep making pizzas for the hungry teenagers faster.

Our friend have ooni ovens and we have now purchased one the 12” gas as we aim to travel with it and use it whilst camping. It is easy to operate and clean but takes practice for the perfect pizza as the temperatures reached are 400’c plus . Excellent overall.

We're very pleased with this oven! We've had the wood pellet Fyre for several years but continually struggled to keep the heat consistent and the fire going after the first two pizzas. This gas powered oven solves that issue and now we can make beautiful golden crispy pizzas one after another! Good job Ooni!

Great oven, great pizza!

Less fuss and faster than using our back yerd built-in wood fired pizza oven. Nice that the Ooni is small enough to be portable. Would highly recommend purchasing the small pizza turner

Quick and easy pizza!

It’s light like the Fyra but the gas allows you control of heat for use for other things besides pizza. I love the oven. Works great just like all the other ovens that I have.

Great little oven

This pizza oven makes cooking pizza so much fun. You can really have a party just making pizza for everyone. The crust, topping comes out perfect. The unique way I am personally using this pizza oven is cooking only gluten free pizza in it. I have celiac gluten allergy so I need to protect myself from cross contamination. I can bring this oven to a friends house and use it to cook my pizza with no fear of getting sick. It’s easy to transport.

We already have one of the multi-fuel larger ovens but wanted something that was smaller and easy to transport to take with us on extended tours in our motorhome - as the pizzas are so good.

The oven is great and does what it needs to but having the gas pipe and regulator permanently attached is a real pain - the regulator is a pretty chunky item and unless held close to the oven when transporting it has a tendency to swing around, bashing into whatever is in it's way.

Take a look at the Cadac quick release mechanism for their portable stoves - you need to adopt something like that

For Cooking Pizzas it's excellent but there's one flaw . . .

Tried many times (several of them after reviewing the “help” on the website, even invested in a laser thermometer I have no other use for). Pizza keeps ending up burned to at the edges and rather underdone in the center and bottom areas.
Was so exited to get this “upgrade” pizza oven after giving out previous one away and unfortunatele we are ending up disappointed over and over again. Do not recommend.
