i love this but the color is fading pretty fast and the swing blew away on a kinda windy day so i have concerns about longgevity. its also not as easy to switch the swing from sitting to the laying down position, its almost too difficulty to even really enjoy the versatility. overall im not sure if I would buy it again yet. The verdict is still out on how long it will last!

This is a nice swing, with a couple issues, the pads are very thin and move around on you a lot. it is nice to put the back down but its more difficult than it should be. i would buy it again just poor quality pads.

Love everything! The color , comfort and sturdiness. One thing that could be helpful is slip free cushions. Maybe I will add Velcro? Other than that it's great!

I love the turquoise color But the fabric is very scratchy to the skin and seems rather thin. The cushions are pretty thin and flatten out when you sit down. I had to put shelf liner under the cushions to keep them from sliding. The frame is definitely not as strong and sturdy as my previous one. In order to lay it flat you will need to insert the pins in the sides and back to keep it stationary, which in my opinion is a pain compared to my previous swing from this company. Some of the parts were mislabeled but an easy fix with just looking at them. Overall I don't feel it's very good quality for the price I paid. My previous swing from this company was well built and sturdy and sits in my back yard and is still working great! This new one sits on my screened in front porch and I don't expect it to last long.

Poor quality for the price paid for this swing

Compared to our other 3 person convertible swing, there are only pins for the back support on each side rather than the folding latch bar system that ran across the entire length of the back rest and would fold up to convert into hammock. Also, there is no middle bar that runs through the canopy for support like our other 3 person swing. Feel the quality should have been better for $329.99

Sitting in swing is ok but seating is short. When you take out screws to convert into bed..the bed has a bar that runs straight in the middle so you can't lay comfortable in middle..it's one side or the other...VERY UNCOMFY.  wish I could have sent it back but after thecwork of putting it together it wasn't worth it.

The directions are horrible. There are pieces that should go a certain way, but the instructions only have pictures which don't show the details. A lot of time was wasted trying to figure this out by taking it apart to rearrange the pieces.

Improve the directions

Love the swing, it's very comfortable. HOWEVER, the canopy is already torn and the right side screw that holds the canopy in place is broke. Now there's no way to keep the canopy in place. For the price, it should've lasted more than 3 months! Probably why the warranty is only 60 days!

Comfortable but canopy broke in leas than 3 months

For starters, the instructions were the very worst that I've ever seen. The canopy will not stay exactly where you put it. It either moves up all the way or down all the way instead of staying level over the seat, even if you tighten it to stay in one place. Also, it's a pretty light teal color, but it's already getting sun washed and it's not even Summer yet. It's not worth the money that I paid for it, which was over $300. I also have 4 screws that I don't know where they go!!!

I returned the item.  The directions were not understandable and we couldn't put it together.
