I've only used it twice and so far, so good. It's a very deep (not gentle) massage so it might not be to everyone's liking but when my back is sore I don't want a light, gentle massage, I need something to dig down deep and this HoMedics product does just that. The provided remote control offers lots of flexibility to precisely tailor which part of the back you want to target and the heat and vibrating seat are a added bonus. I like it!

Great product for the price. This is my second Homedics massage seat and it's fabulous. The rotating massagers and the various options (heat, seat vibration, area of focus) are reliable and effective. Unlikes some massage seats which just vibrate, this one has strong, rotating massage balls that get all the sticky spots. Very lightweight and easy to move around.
