Unsatisfactory customer service! My toddler was not liking it so I let them know that I would like to return the item. Initially, representative said we don't return the item. Then after a day, they asked me to send the pictures of the item. After that, they agreed on receiving the item back but asked me to pay the shipping of item too. The item is not in use for me and I wasted my money as well. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
