This was a great purchase. It allows for flexible heat and temperature. Lots of room and Space to have several types of meats smoking at the same time.

Great smoker deal!!!

I haven't used it yet, but the assembly was reasonably easy.  The only problem I had/have, is the bottom door wasn't attached to the frame of the smoker.  The door was laying in the top of the package, when I opened the box, as if someone placed it there intentionally.  I found the "screw/bolt" loose in the bottom of the smoker.  The door can be installed, but it would take someone with smaller hands than mine, better eyesight than mine and a long skinny flathead screwdriver and a helper.  I have a long skinny flathead screwdriver, just need a helper.

I think I'm going to like this smoker, BUT.....

Does not come with, a charcoal grate. To help air flow, unfortunately. I had to get one. But still its very, convenient. Smoke your favorite proteins, or cheeses. Or if you place, the cooking grate. Closer to the fire, you can grill. Its a great purchase.

I like it, it's small but it gets the job done,

Only came with two small shelves that can not smoke a large capacity of meat. Ideal if purchasing for small family gatherings. Very easy to use, overall it's a good little smoker.

i dislike this smoker. It does not reach desired temperature and i continously have to fill the water reserve. i wish I could return this item. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Can't keep the coals lit.  I've tried 3 different name brands and no matter what I do the coals are dead within 45 minutes.  I have been using smokers for the last 15 years and this one is the only one I've had problems with.

the doors don't close completely it doesn't trap the heat for the temperature gauge to go up
