I have loved my RCD-100 since we bought it in 2024. It has given us great quality water and my favorite, is how easy it is to make my multiple cups of tea a day.  I was sad when I started having a problem with is, but the service team was EXCELLENT and reached out immediately and got me what I needed to get my machine back working again. I bought the RC100 about a year ago and the unit I have has been great - it does everything I've hoped and the little unit serves our family well.  

Recently, our unit stopped working after about 1 year and it just wouldn't turn on. I contacted iSpring support and Nick was super responsive and helpful to work with me.  This reminds me of a key reason i decided to purchase this iSpring unit - during my research I read about the company's excellent support and that it's based in the USA, and Nick's proven the excellent support to be true!  

For anyone considering purchasing a RO system, keep this in mind. Buying from a company with a US-based support team could be a huge differentiator if you ever need help.

I have had this unit for seven months and very happy with the purchase.  I haven't had to replace any of the filters yet either. The hot water feature is great for tea (I don't drink coffee or have the need for the formula button function but I'm sure they work for the purposes). Water tastes great; no adding to the landfill on a small island with plastic bottles-always a plus. I use a pitcher and fill that up to have more than one glass at a time. I also fill up bottles for an emergency water supply (it takes some time but it's worth it). I plan on purchasing another for my office (very tired of lugging bottles filled at home to my office).  Overall very happy with this countertop unit.

Excellent water filter

We have been looking for a RO system for a while. Currently, we rent an apartment, so no drilling holes, no changing the water supply... This over the counter system perfectly meet our needs. The shipment was fast and the installation was not hard at all. Simply plug it in and the unit will take care of the rest.  We were concerned if it will make any noise when we sleep, but actually we wouldn't have to worry it at all. It stays super silent over the night. Love it!

Excellent Experience. We love this product. No issues at all.

No matter how much we flush, the water continues to taste like plastic.  We wanted to start filtering water to reduce nanoplastics, but this is just making things worse. The water holder is plastic, the filters are encased in plastic. The entire machine is plastic. The water has been undrinkable. I expected crisp, clean tasting water.
