Wood Pellet BBQ Grill

This little grill/smoker is perfect for anyone looking to either replace an existing grill or get into grilling and smoking food.  It is economical in price and it just nibbles at pellets - they last a long time.  It's got plenty of room for a couple of pork butts (maybe 4 if they are a bit smaller).  It starts right up, climbs to temp quickly, and maintains that temp (within 5 degrees) at all times even in 30 degree weather.  The temp probe is accurate and it connects easily to wifi (I've never had an easier time connecting a smart appliance - it was super simple).  The app is spectacular as well and I've only begun to crack the surface of all it can do.  This may be considered a "budget" grill just because it doesn't cost an arm and a leg but there is nothing basic or entry level about it's features.

The cover came  in less than a week maybe 3/4 days after I buy it. Fits really good on the pellet grill Zelos-450. I totally recommend it 👍🏼

The support group that this company has is first class. The instructions says takes two people, but I had only one, all thumbs-me! The support, with emails kept me on track and I have used it twice. The smoker works great, by adding the smoked flavor and all you have to do is set and forget.They have videos and tips to help you do a successful job.

Good follow up help!

Really easy to assemble and use (though the provided tools are awful) Not a bad price point for <400 SQ FT grill. I have done cooks with and without AI assistance and highly recommend using it especially if you are new. Would highly recommend for a personal grill to cook for your family or if you are a beginner and don't want to splurge too much. However, if you intend to regularly host cookouts, probably want a larger one.

Good Personal Grill

I've never been a ‘grill master'—but with the Zelos, I don't have to be.

From the first cook, this grill blew me away. I made smoked ribs last weekend, and Vera AI literally walked me through everything—from preheating to reminding me when to wrap the meat. I didn't even open Google once.

The two smart probes made it easy to monitor everything from my phone, and I even went inside to prep sides while the Zelos kept things steady. It was like having a pitmaster in my pocket. My guests kept asking how I got the ribs that tender. (Spoiler: I just followed Vera's steps.)

The design is sleek, it heats evenly, and the app actually makes grilling fun. Plus, cleanup was surprisingly easy.

If you're someone who loves BBQ but doesn't want to babysit a smoker for hours—this is the grill.

I Let AI Cook My Ribs… and They Slapped

Was looking for a pellet grill and saw this come up on some best grill lists. It talk about AI tech, which looked cool. 

Installation is kinda tough since they back in the hopper tightly in the grill when you get it, so you gotta attach the hopper and the legs. It's not that heavy, but the tolerances are really tight.

Smoke wise, I'm happy with it so far. Chicken, shepherd's pie, and pork butt have all come out great so far. Temp stability is very good. 

For this price point, the build quality is on par, but the fact that you get wifi to control the grill from the app is excellent. As an engineer, whenever I hear AI I usually assume that it's a fake gimmick,  tbut he AI tech in the Brisk It is actually legit. Its fun to shoot random ideas into the AI to see what recipes it comes up with and cook. I can see that they aren't just throwing in a ChatGPT wrapper and calling it a day. It's actually creating customized BBQ recipes in a structure that it can then use to cook them on its own.  I can see it being used to find new recipes that are completely out there.

Overall, solid entry level grill with a top tier app.
