For the price, this thing is GREAT!  The heat is really nice and there's just something about being able to relax and let it do its thing rather than actively using my massage gun.
I like to wrap the straps around my waist, lay on my stomach let it and work on my lower back.

I am a senior and have had years of neck, shoulder and back pain due to arthritis %26 fibromyalgia…I have tried many types of heating and pain relieving devices, spending quite a bit of money….
This massage device is the best I have ever used!!!…it allows you to place the massage and heat exactly where you need it …with the exact pressure you need without unnecessary pain…the price is exceptional and is worth every cent!!!

I literally fall asleep every time I use it ! Best thing ever made , only issue is where the button to turn on is placed, i hate having it in a comfortable spot and soon as it turns off I have to move to press the button on again. Definitely should of made a remote for it lol

I love it. It's very strong. Be gentle with the straps. I had to replace my previous one because I was pulling too hard on the straps; but the motor is strong. This device has saved me thousands of dollars that otherwise would have gone to a masseuse.

Under-rated!

I was looking for pain relief and what I got was more pain, literally. The roller balls in the massager dig way too deep and I felt my neck and shoulders sore the next day from use. Even when trying to get knots out, it doesn't quite do the job. The buttons to use it are a bit complicated and don't work very well. I don't really care for it and was quite disappointed.

Not the Greatest

It isn't strong enough and anytime you try to put pressure on it by pulling it does this flip thing so instead of massaging firmer it feels more like little fingers instead of an elbow.  The massage node are plastic and feels more like ping pong balls then a massage stone.

Keep looking

This brand is advertised as NAIPO. It is not. The buttons are NOT as pictured. I already bought two of these exact brands and they were just as bad. It doesn't lay in your back correctly but folds over so it's not massaging at all. Naipo brand was awesome and lasted me 5 years. I'm only wanting new one because the mesh is wearing thin. Now I have to haul my disabled butt to a store to return what was blatantly false advertising. Shame on Walmart for letting this company lie and cheat its customers. Never ever buy from this fake company. They lie. I am showing photos of what you get vs what was advertised (and what I also had aka Naipo brand.

This is 100% false advertising

This thing does not give anything resembling a massage that feels good. It causes pain to your neck. I tried it for about 10 minutes and my neck hurt after. It has a strong grip that does not feel good. I hope nobody leaves one of these around for a kid to get ahold of and try to play with. It would probably seriously injure their little neck! Do not waste your money. I am returning this right away.

I am not able to use my massager because it does not come with a wall plug. How do I get a wall plug?
