Everything works! And very well packaged! The winter is over (snow).

A good toaster at a good price but it will only take regular sized slices (no bagels or similar) cause the slots are not any bigger. Also the tray to remove the bread crumbs need a screw driver to remove (I removed the small screw and installed one with a big head to be able to undo with my fingers. Toast the bread nicely and pops up nicely. I only have it for a couple of days but use it 3 times per day. A good buy!

Nice looking toaster, however, crumb tray will not stay closed and sides are very hot to touch.

While toasting, both sides of the toaster bodies get too hot ... Not safe at all ...

Low quality

The slots are too narrow. And, less than three months later it started sparking. I would like to return it but can't figure out how.

This was such a great size but it got so hot to the touch that even when I was very careful not to touch the sides I burnt myself getting the toast out.

The metal shell got too hot and hurt my hand.  Cleaning instructions said to. remove the crumb tray, but it didn't say *how*.  I have seen crumb trays that swing open or slide open, but this did neither.  We could not remove it for cleaning, and that was a deal-breaker.  We returned the toaster.

Cheap looking, one side of bread comes out burnt the other hardly toasted. The sides of toaster get extremely hot making it a safety hazard especially if you have children. This is the worst toaster I have ever add. I am surprised that Walmart would allow this over its site, I imagine its profit over quality. Do not buy this inferior toaster
