My ancient 1200W microwave finally died. I didn't want one as large as the old one and chose this one. It is good looking, has a smaller turntable plate that is easier to wash in the sink, and it cooks at the same top power level as well as my old one. I also was able to gain a little space on my counter because this one is much smaller than my old one!

My NEW Microwave!!!

I needed a microwave that would heat up my food 100%. I also wanted one with will automatically start heating up my food by just pressing 5 for instance for 5 minutes. I do not really need the automatic lock feature that it came with but it's okay. The size fits perfectly on my countertop.

Ferberware stainless steel microwave

All I look for in a microwave to start is to pop a full bag of microwaveable popcorn without burning or leaving tons of kernels. If it works good with that generally everything else I cook odds according to manufacturing cook times IE breakfast sandwiches, frozen dinners. 

1000w is the sweet spot but some microwaves are better than others.

Works perfectly

I checked reviews before I bought this item. it mentioned about the loud airplane noise generated by the microwave when turned on, I was concerned about this on the reviews.  This microwave had all the features  I wanted so I took a chance.  After I had it hooked up, I heated up something and I did not hear any loud noises.  Actually, I barely hear it running.  Im happy with this purchase and it is easy to figure out the controls.

Take a chance

Liking this microwave very much. 30 seconds I this one is like 60 in my old one. Heats well and evenly. As previous reviews stated it is loud. Don't know the reason for that.. but as long as it doesn't hurt performance and lasts, I can overlook the noise. Beautifully made. Has the handle on the door that is easy to open and close. Very happy.

Great microwave. Easy to use, heats food quickly and sleek appearance. Very good power for a medium size microwave. I definitely recommend.

Excellent microwave!

I bought this because my husband vision is considered blind, can only see outlines of people and things but can see colors also..so the numbers are white so he can see them…

Helps blind person

Smaller than expected. Child lock feature not practical. Only activates when time is finished and microwave is off. Not during running time which would make sense, to prevent a child from opening door while running. Read product info closely before purchase.

Impractical child lock feature.

I am very happy with this purchase, except for one thing.  The door is automatically locked when the time starts and not being used to that, I constantly jerk on the door, forgetting I have to hit the "unlock" button for it to open.

Popcorn settings burns the popcorn..
Door lock button is aggravating, unless you have little kids, I do not. I didn't realize it was on this one..

Just received this microwave and it's not working properly. Whenever I add or remove food the microwave still runs with door open. I'm not using it because I feel it dangerous to have a microwave running with the door open.
