I purchased this as i was going out of town around the holidays and it worked great the only issue I saw was the kinda unsupported wiring, but that was an easy enough fix . Will tell others of the great quality and the lowest pricing i found  for the similar item.

Could not get it to heat up after successfully charging it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was really soft. not as big as the picture appeared. the worst thing is i thought it was rechargeable but you have to have it plugged in for the heat and then it only heated in one spot.  will be requesting a refund

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not find the charging cable. Finally found it in a hole that it's in the pocket the cable went all the way up inside the shawl took forever to try to dig it out because we did not want to make the hole bigger. Then we got it out and charged it up a good bit and fond that it won't charge, no heat when pressing the button to turn it on. Great, a defective Christmas gift, way to go Walmart.

Does not work, does not charge, does not heat.

It doesn't get warm. I felt like the battery pack was included. Sadly it is not. Plug to battery charger or plug into 120v with extension cord. No pockets
