I've only used this fir a week but so far im extremely pleased. working better thsn the others I've tried.  my issue is needing a cushion between my recliner and me since I've lost a great deal of weight and dont have any " padding*  I sit 95% of the day and it doesn't get hard like most of the thick ones do.  works for my wheelchair too. 🦋

This pad is really wonderful. I have tried all kinds of pads and cushions for my seriously degenerative back. I love being able to sit up at my desk and use my computer and now, with this chair pad, I can do something I enjoy for a little longer and more comfortably than I have for a long time! It's not too thick or too thin and it really does adjust itself to me with the little crooks and crannies. I will probably purchase another one so I don't have to keep moving this from one chair and couch to the other. Everyone is different but I highly recommend this product.

Big relief for Degenerative back

Worth It

It wasn't meant for a car but for my wood glider.
I'm a crocheter %26 I bought my glider w/out a footrest @ a thrift store. I'm on a fixed income %26 I couldn't afford to pay hundreds for a new one. So I thought this cushion might help w/ my painful lower back %26 bony seat, if you know what I mean.
It did until I realized it wasn't gripping the wooden surface of the seat. After every hour or so, I'd have to adjust the cushion, or every time I got up, I'd have to move it back into place. Not a big deal for most, but having to bend down to move a cushion on a chair seat that's below waist level IS a big deal w/ someone who has lower back issues.
So this seat cushion isn't for someone like me who needs thicker, more sturdy support, but it might work for someone who just wants some slight seating comfort issues.
I will say this: The cushion hasn't lost its sponginess. It still has its egg-crate form. So it's still worth what I paid for it. If I drove more, I'd put it in the car. As it is, I'm about to put some shelf liner under it to keep it in place on my glider (I'm not completely clueless!). I'll be looking out for a thicker "pillow" that isn't beyond my budget.
I hope this helps someone make a decision.

I bought this because I thought my other seat cushion wasn't as comfortable as it could be. After using this cushion I'm much happier with my original knowing things could be so much worse.

Okay at best

Cushion was advertised and sold as being 2" thick/extra thick. It is only 1.25" thick. 2" thickness was my reason to buy it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

MISREPRESENTED PRODUCT - DO NOT PURCHASE

not as described. ad says 2" thick.  it is barely 1" thick. after sitting on it for 5 minutes, it was like sitting on the bare wood. it does seem well made and has a nice washable zippered cover. i am returning it.
