I love this ice maker. I love that I can set the thickness of the ice to what I want and it is perfectly clear ice so my drinks don't get watered down quickly. It is wet when finished so you can use it right away or I put it in a metal bowl in the freezer so it can get hard and use an ice pick to separate. Because it is already shaped it is easy to do so. My sister came over and loved it and is about to purchase one herself.

Love this ice maker

The most challenging part of having a home bar is a constant supply of quality ice. This machine has been a great addition to our home bar. I have developed a system to make and harvest ice quickly and efficiently. This machine keeps up when I have a busy night serving cocktails for family and friends. Obviously a dedicated ice maker would be ideal but not practical to run water, power, and drain lines to our bar location. This ice maker is truly the next best thing.  We purchased the machine in April of 2023 and performance has been flawless.

Viable solution for home bar ice needs.

Have only had the ice maker a couple weeks but so far am very happy with it. Love being able to choose the ice thickness and very quick ice production. Great for home use. So nice not to run to the store to get ice.

Super charged! Ice is clear and it comes out so fast. Much better then our previous model. Its very quiet too. I dont have to run it all day either. Thank goodness no more ice wars in my house!

Very easy to use, and when we need a lot of ice at home on a hot day, it is fairly fast to replenish supply. Cools drinks much quicker than big tray made cubes, too. Taste is better. It disassembles and cleans easily.

Love how I can set thickness of the ice. I have an Alexapure water filter which I fill the ice maker with.

Terrific Product.

Bought this due to our two year old newair ice maker having metal pieces in the water. The ice it makes is pretty good. Its not clear and read after the fact that you have to use bottled water to get clear ice. It also does not really reuse the water in the bottom unless the tank is empty. So you have to drain or scoop out water. Overall Im regretting this purchase as it takes too much attention.

Terrible instructions included in this unit that does not perform as advertised. Ice cubes are created in sheets of ice that are not easily broken apart for use. Truly disappointed. This is my second ice maker from New Air and am not a satisfied customer with this unit.
