The office chair I purchased was exactly as described. It's extremely comfortable and I was able to assemble it in less than an hour. Everything I needed to assemble it was included in the box and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very satisfied.

This chair is actually SUPER comfortable and it leans back really far. It rolls well and is easily adjustable. It's not high enough to support your head if that matters to you. The fabric is nice and durable, wet wipe to clean. It was reeeaaalllyy easy to put together. I really like this chair. Well worth the price.

Really Happy I Went With This Chair

The chair is sturdy and overall quite good. However, the cushion quality has declined after five months of use, with the cushion developing a significant amount of lint.

Chair is not comfortable. Leans forward to much. Size is comfortable. Lower back seat is not right for me. Length of seat is short.

The locking tilt control with adjustible tension does not work, as such the chair cannot tilt backwards, therefore, I am not getting the full benefits of the chair. And  as a reult, the chair is defective.

We put the chair together and it is not the dimensions promised on the site. The lowest height is measuring at 49cm but the site description showed that the lowest height can be 46cm. The seat depth was also side to be 45.5cm but I am measuring the chair to be 49cm. I am a shorter person so I was looking for these smaller size options. This chair that shipped is too big for me. They wouldn't let me return it because it would cost too much.

Chair was not the same dimensions on site

I was severely unhappy with the product, and the company that sold it was a nightmare to deal with. Find a more reputable company and save yourself the disappointment.
