I ordered this coat twice, the first time very small ! the second 5Xlarge I still couldn't close coat zipper

Very, very disappointed in the size quality I received from Walmart supplier.  I ordered a men's XL size, and although it is marked XL, I could barely get one arm in the winter coat.  It is sized for a child not a man.  I don't know what to do with it now.  Please help, and don't buy this coat!

Sized to fit a child - not a man!

Disliked fact that the XL men's winter jacket I ordered was sized to fit a child as I could not even get one arm in the jacket sleeve.  Walmart and manufacturer are at fault and this issue needs to be resolved.
