Loving my massage chair. There was no assembly needed. Just get it out of the box, use the wheels to get it in place nd plug it in. Highly recommend !

Absolutely love this chair!!! I purchased this chair for my husband and I as a valentines present and so far we are amazed. The massage has options of different intensities. This is perfect because my husband likes more of a gentle massage and I like a deep tissue massage. The blue tooth capability is also nice giving the option of listening to music while relaxing. Overall very satisfied and thankful we made the purchase.

Great for the price I got them for. It does so play music from Bluetooth has heat everyone loves them it even turns off itself when finished all you do is sleep when you try it. I did real good with this but I didn't check to see if they come wider but overall it is great.

So Comfortable!

Very minimum assembly. only thing that I don't like is the entry and exit from the chair because of the covered foot area. The operation is very simple and it fits folks from 5 to 6 feet.

Heavenly experience for a rough day.

not 4D, reclines but not too zero gravity specs, claims S L track w\ 2 robots but is just fixed rotating knobs, claims multiple modes but actually only clockwise and reverse, no body scan or adjustments, claims voice control and answers to the prompt but accepts no commands and performed no function. Not worth even the sale price. MSRP is an insult. sold overseas for about $200.

assembly is intuitive but no assembly instructions are included and there are 2 screws, an allen wrench, and some clear elbows with no instructions about where they go

the chair is light weight and relatively easy to move but voice activation touted in operations instructions does not seem to work

price is great but performance below expectation for a supposed 4 d chair.  there is virtually no L track to reach between waist and back upper thigh and rollers do not auto adjust very well.  not many programs only kneading and massage.  arm compression is nice

Don't buy if you are looking for L track!

The massaging mechanisms are stationary and incorrectly positioned to massage in some areas that hold tension. The mechanisms on the foot massager also started squealing as well as clicking in the neck massagers as they rotate. I still use this chair however I have to continually move my body around for the chair to massage everything that hurts. I would say the chair is definitely not a whole body massage chair.

does not massage the way it should i have sat in 3 times and the rollers should roll down the neck and back needs to be more stronger, my individual massagers work better

This was a piece of junk chair. It didn't even work. And it had a 3 day return after that you were stuck with it. Thank God we saw that, and we turned it right away .
There was no hassle, returning it. 
Walmart was very awesome about it. Thank you for that .

There was no quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knew I was returning it the moment I sat in it. The chair is nothing like the description. The zero gravity mode is a slight recline and definitely not 3 different options. There is no kneading or massage options, it is merely clockwise vs counter clockwise. No way are there 40 points of airbag contact. Pictures show a track where as the massaging is all fixed point. Walmart showed this chair as normally price above $2.5k. This chair is an absolute scam for the price listed, even at the greatly discounted sale price.

Don't even bother.
