This is a great case. Only slightly larger than the Otterbox I was replacing which was not dust/water resistant. Mag case works great, crystal clear pictures unlike what a ‘water tight pouch' gives you.

This is by far the best phone case I have had. I have tried different models and brands but I keep coming back to the LifeProof cases. I recently retired from the Fire Department and with this case I have dropped off of the top of fire trucks and even dropped it in to the water with no problems or damage. One time wile on a wild land fire I dropped and ran over it again no problems. With other cases I have torn screen up and even destroyed the other case completely. I'll never stray away from the LifeProof cases again.

Life is best with LifeProof

Don't use with screen protector. The screen comes with grid dots. The tight fit case it's really good at keeping dust out. 

The rounds edges are nice to handle giving that iPhone 13 has sharp edges probably so it'll fit in cases better.

Audio is great. No complaints.

The cap for the USB port is hard plastic thank goodness. Definitely a sturdy cap, but bending from opening might wear it down later. Because of the bending hard plastic cap, I think this case is better use with MagSafe charging so that the port rarely have to be opened. Not great, when I want to use my pop sockets. 

An improve design to be used with pop sockets is that the opening port can flip open rather than it having to bend to open. I really like the flip cap on iPhone 7 Plus case. By having it on the iPhone 13 Pro Max case while retaining the sideway port opening would be cool.

Better use with MagSafe

Strong case but noticeable scratches within days. This is my third case for my phone and eventually Face ID doesn't work after getting so scratched up and camera gets very cloudy

Great case until scratches prevent face id

People find it very hard to hear me with this case. They say I sound muffled. I have to use my Apple Watch for most calls as a result. Facial rec is off and doesn't work most of the time. Now that I have had the case on. I also had to remove my additional tempered glass screen protector to make the case fit perfectly whereas with my previous phones and fré case experiences I did not have to do so.

Facial recognition on my iPhone 13+ max is so off!

I have been using these cases for years and they're great but with the security stuff on these phones the Face ID doesn't work on these cases. I've tried everything to get it to work. I've redone the Face ID twice now and I even wipe that area clean.

iPhone 13 pro max

First it did not work for wireless charging. When I called they were helpful but did not have any more of the same product and did not know if they would ever get more. 
Second it was to be water proof, the cover for the charger broke off so it would no longer be waterproof

Life proof FRE case for IPhone 13 Pro Max

Great protective case with a good seal from dust and debris as well as water. However, the camera lens protector and built in screen protector scratch extremely easily and can cause poor quality photos

Great case, needs improvements

I have had your cases for years and I am terribly disappointed. People can not hear me when I talk or say I am far away. The touch on the screen doesnt register properly. I am not brave enough to see if it would prevent water as I was not convinced between the screen touch and call issue.

I am sorry Lifeproof

Great case but expensive and was very hard for people to hear me on speaker phone. I'm on the phone a lot for work with clients and they had a hard time hearing me. Great case otherwise, but defeats purpose of case and using a phone.

Great case, people could hear me talk with it on.
