Now that the grainy texture issue seems to be solved I'm very happy with this product again.  It is extremely effective against rashes and works better than the more expensive creams.

We have used this cream loads of times when our babies get diaper rash ... it works very well.

Good product

Does anyone have any idea as to what happened to this product?  We can't find it anywhere now?  We really liked this product for our son's diaper rash.

Maybe not my best but not the worst

We bought this to try out- we normally buy Desitin cream. I will not buy this again. It has a very strong smell (flowery fragrance) - and the texture is a bit strange. It's not smooth, but almost granular? Doesn't apply nicely to the skin. I would not recommend.

Didn't meet my expectations

This product was amazing. Great price and great results; however, they have changed the texture to make it more creamy. The ointment doesn't stay on near as well as it previously did. They cheaped out......

Used to be great

I chose this item for the higher content of zinc oxide but the texture is chalky/grainy. It leaves a residue on my baby's skin. The smell is pleasant...that's the only positive thing about it.

Very disappointed

Just bought some of this in-store the other day. It had been a while since I had to buy it, but after some illness in the house we needed something to help my LO with his rash. We've used this before and it was great! But then the texture changed and it was grainy and not as creamy as it had been with previous purchases. Anyways, after some time we purchased it again hoping that the issues had been resolved, but sadly they had not. A once fantastic go-to product, sacrificing quality for price. Not happy with this product at all. Texture is now grainy and watery. The container purchased 2 days ago, could be opened tipped upside down and would drip....certainly won't be buying this again.

I bought this item thinking it was the same as the old version (the one displayed on the screen out of stock). Unfortunately, the new version that is now in store contains 47% petroleum jelly and 40% zinc.
