I use this occasionally when my desire for hot or spicy foods get the better of me. Particularly late night snacking or dining. It works fast and I can sleep with no problems.

Price is best I have seen, so that is good.  Unfortunately, my wife had 2 orders and I had to pick it up from 2 different stores on 2 different days.  Ugh.  Your store at Highway 27 is much more efficient than the one at Portage in Woodbridge, ON

I placed an order and paid 
But the product was not available so Walmart replaced it with something I don't need 

Now I am chasing them for my refund
