Can be intense, but may lack consistency across units.

Can be too intense even on lowest setting.

This is my second home medics percussion massager. The last one was used almost daily on someone in our household and it lasted ten years. This new one is awesome and we look forward to many years of muscle ache relief. I have given theses massagers as Christmas gifts to other family members. Great little machine.

Well made and works great

homedics.com

After buying this for us, we bought one for our sister who has lower back issues. This relaxes her lower back muscles, relieving a lot of the discomfort. You'd be amazed how just 3 or 4 minutes can help!

Lightweight :)

I use this item every night. I find that it helps with pain. It's easy to use and really does help to massage the muscles that tighten as pain increases. I use it so often it dies in about a year, so I've had several of them. The start button goes out on them. I also like the fact that it has an automatic shutoff since I often fall asleep while it's still working. It's well worth buying.

Good massager that works quite well.

walmart.com

It helps my sore aching muscles. Easy to use ! The vibration is very strong. It is easy to handle. You can reach all your aches %26 pains !

Pain relief

not bad but expected a bit more strength behind it. Husband uses for his thigh and it doesn't penetrates as well as the description. It will probably work for some things though

Something inside the massager started sputtering and rattling that weakened the percussions after only a month and a half of use. I went back to using my at least 10 year old Homedics massager that beats stronger. The problem with it is that only four of the control pad buttons still work and not the ones I like.

My 20 year old homedics twin percussion massager broke while i tried to fix the frayed wire inside the handle. I decided to try the new junk. Out of the box the assembly quality is complete trash. Gaps between plastic pieces, attachments don't screw on like with the old model, but snap and twist. The motor on the highest setting is 1/3 the power of the old original massager. The rubber insulation catches on clothes fabric. Heat????? HEAT???? Are you out of your mind, homedics engineers and executives????!!!! It heats up from the friction but the fake IR tips never got even warm enough. Maybe it takes an hour to heat up but then the friction and vibration alone would disintegrate this china junk. Absolutely hate it. Will contact homedics if they make something without the BS heat and powerful like the original. If they don't make one anymore, i'll look into other brands. My original massager was $20 and lasted 20 years. Would've lasted more if i didn't accidentally damage the brittle pcb while fixing the frayed wire. This overpriced landfill trash is going back and i won't touch anything Homedics branded again until they make good quality powerful twin head percussion massager.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK

Not build to last

My replacement unit for a defective massager has already quit working. When it works it's exactly what I need.
How do I get a good one?

this product fails to work at all, after only a few days use. Don't buy this brand anymore, as their quality control is nonexistent. This is the worst massager of them all, Homedics should be ashamed to put their name on this product
