I like the construction of it. The Ab-Cruncher was very well packed in the box; that right there tells me a lot about the item. I was a body builder; now I'm going on to be 70 years old. I know from experience that this will work my Ab area. You must also put some time into it.

This was easier to use than I thought it would  be. It is a decent  value for the given price. I was surprised it's as strong as it is.  Made quite well, but
use the weight limit as your guide.

Absolute best for abdominal muscles. I have a problem with my neck and I can not do normal crunches or reps. With this tool I can do abs again without hurting my neck. Love it!!

Best one. Everyone should try it.

actually works really great for beginning because I haven't worked out in like a hundred years and it makes my entire stomach even the very lower ab very sore

Works as intended, if your looking to get a great work out. I would recommend picking this up. The only complaint I have is it uncomfortable doing crunches on it

Good but could use some work

for what it does it works fine. buti like the old school one better with the little pillow. this isnt a stiff pole make its kinda bendy. the picture makes it look tubular like a pole but it isnt its a flat bar. but i still use it

Like many have stated, it's difficult to put together. Also, once we (you need 2 people) finally got the pieces together, not all the screws would tighten. And I'm afraid the netting will pull out of shape pretty quickly. However, once it's together it does seem to work and it's better than doing crunches without it since it supports the head and neck.

material used to support back and neck looks different then it does on instruction manual. Very lose and give very little support.

bad head and neck support

This sit up machine was very cheaply made and did not feel secure at all to do the actual exercises. There was really no secure way to have your neck be safe. We used to have one of these years and years ago and it was made differently. I would not recommend this machine as you would more than likely hurt your neck and back.
