This cage is fantastic! I have a new puppy and this cafe is durable with the teething and easy to clean if an accident occurs.

I bought this product when I got my puppy spayed so she would not get hurt or get her stitches dirty playing outside in her pen. At the time, the dog was not housebroken and could not be in for any period longer than 15 minutes without having an accident. It was very easy to clean up after her in the mornings while she went for her walk and in just a few short days, she was house broken! Now she just barks to go outside. :)

I have been buying these crates for awhile. I have purchased to date 2 large, 1 medium, 2 extra larges. Everyone has lasted and still works like new. The pans may not last as long as I wish they would but after purchases 2 smalls from a pet warehouse store for too much I can say they are equal in quality and cheaper price. This really is the way to bring a puppy into your house and not lose total control during potty training and setting of limits.

Worth the money

Very easy to set up once it arrived, only difficulty was the divider panel but I think that was my own incompetence haha! Fast delivery.

Bought this as my dog out grew the medium size. It has been a great Kennel and our dog absolutely loves it!

Great Product!

We bought this to replace a smaller crate our Boxer had outgrown. It is very easy to set up and seems much better made than our previous, smaller and more expensive crate.

Had one for 3 years and it was excellent, trained two pups. Now just getting a new one cause the base cracked

It's a good kennel. The back on the kennel came off two weeks after I received it and my dog Was able to get out. I reattached the back piece and so far so good.

Good but not great.

This was the first time I've purchased a Pet mate Crate and my puppy (yes puppy of 8 months old and only comes to my knee) broke out of it one day. He did so from the time it took my wife to leave the door and walk to the car! He actually broke the welds in the door and squeezed out. He was in a large Crate made for a bigger dog as well. I contacted Petmate customer service. Their response was that our vet should be contacted about giving him proper training for staying in a crate. They actually stated that warranty isn't covered by a dog who tries to get out! What is the purpose of a crate other than keeping a dog safely contained?
My puppy actually loves the crate and even goes in it when we are home and the door is open as does our adult dog. He goes into it of his own free will when its time. That was the 1st and only time he attempted to get out and was easily successful.
We've owned dogs for some 20 years. We went back to the stronger brand we use. Due to poor customer service / poor excuses not to honour warranty (only had it 5 months)and inferior product I wouldn't endorse this product.
