Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happening sonic care?? I am a dental hygienist! I love my sonic care ! I recommend them to my patients but more and more are complaining since they are only lasting 1-2 year! My old sonic care which is 7 years old is still going strong brought it back from our vacation home cause my new one I bought 1 year ago is acting up! Fix this issue please !! Cause otherwise you have a great product !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only brush you'll ever need The only brush that gives your teeth the clean all day feeling. I love this brush but it wasn't always so. From a manual brush I tried the sonicare brush 7 years ago and just could not get over the strong vibration so instead I went to the Philips rotating head brush. I chose that one also because the heads were more common and more available for less. However 2 years ago I gave this brush a second go and boy am I glad I did. Using the trial newbie start at less go up to regular vibration setting and the gentle mode allowed me to easier accept the strong sensations this brush puts out. Reminder: wet bristles before using and hold brush gently as if it were a flute (in the mouth) not as if you are cleaning tile. :) You will get used to how to hold your lips and how close to stand to the mirror for splatter potential. I suggest keeping your brush as I do, off the charger until advised by the brush to charge it. What I wish were the case: -on/off button -mode selector button -newbie mode button/timer on/off -charge level indication I feel this brush has too many modes accessible through too little buttons. Having all under a master button when it harder to navigate the many modes during use usually means splattering everything everywhere. When I brush I brush for longer than the timer. I know it's a fantastic brush but that's even more clear after a prior boyfriend asked me if it were detrimental to feel so clean after using the brush.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The toothbrush heads wear very quickly They are very expensive, some 70 or 80 plus taxes. The indicator suggests worn after one month of normal use, not 90 days. They also feel mushier. The price is such that one risks spending as much as a new brush per year just in toothbrush heads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Phil I just used my new Philips Sonicare Diamond Clean toothbrush for the first time. (I call it 'Phil'). OMG. I did not know my teeth could feel so good. I will no longer be 'brushing my teeth'; I will be having 'dates with Phil'.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great design, poor durability My first Diamond clean toothbrush failed within a year (still within the 2 year warranty), unfortunately even though I kept the box and registered it on this website I had lost my receipt and was unable to send it in to get repaired/replaced. Now I have my second one (exact same model a year later that I have purchased using reward points which is the only reason I am giving this brand a second chance, this time I am scanning my receipt that way if the new one breaks down on me I'll be able to do something about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from For a $200+ Toothbrush it is not built to last Handle is extremely slippery when wet especially with toothpaste suds around it and has an odd uneven balance weight wise. So eventually I dropped it once from about 3 feet off the ground cause I missed my vanity and it never worked the same way again. Vibration became soo weak that when not in contact with anything it vibrated but the minute I placed it gently to my teeth the vibration stops. How annoying is that! Not durable at all! How was this built for travel? not easy to grip in use, not made to last. Just looks good, that's about it with a sleek design but not practical at all. Buy something else unless all you care about is looks. I bought this barely a year ago and it's already failed. I hope Phillips actual serious medical equipment is made far better than this.
