This set was perfect for my son. It includes play-doh plus every play-doh  tool you could need: roller, scissors, knife, multiple extruders and cookie cutters, and the outer ring of the play mat has tons of different themed molds. Everything packs up nicely inside the play mat for storage or transporting. I highly recommend this as a starter set or gift.

Tons of Play-doh fun!

This play mat thing is great. Such a great thing to have around the house or give as a gift to a friends kids. It's clean, contained, creative and interactive, and portable. It's pretty perfect really. I used plastic bags for the playdoh bc I was tired of being asked to scrape it out of the containers. The only thing I had some frustration with as a shot was putting it together. Some of the pieces lined up wonky and won't really snap nicely. The pieces that close it up look like they'll snap off with a lot of uses. If I gave it as a gift I think I would take the extra time to put it together for them. I really like this though. 5 stars.

My granddaughters love play-doh.  The mat is cute but putting in together as a carry-on is not so much fun.  They got frustrated and so did I.  But overall, they loved it.  they were entertained.

I like the fact that you can keep everything together in the playmat. I dislike that sometimes the playmat does not stay clamped together. I love the different things kids can make with the playdoh. It will definitely keep them busy for a period of time. I would recommend this toy for 2 year olds and up.

Great purchase

However, the assembly process was challenging due to confusing instructions and difficulty in snapping the plastic frame pieces together. While the mat's foldable design and storage compartment for the mold pieces are convenient, it is crucial to note that these small plastic pieces pose a choking hazard for young children who tend to put objects in their mouths. Additionally, the playdough contains wheat, which should be considered for individuals with allergies.
It is colorful, with lots of different molds offered that can spark their creativity.  Mat wipes clean, and the pieces store easily in it.    It's a good deal if you need an on the go activity for older children.

The play-dough is the most fun part according to my toddler. The game is confusing and the extruders are so small. I would just say get play-dough by itself and try a different play set.

Or I could give this item a 0 I would. Trying to put the carry case together is pure torture. The case will not stay snapped all around and therefore will not hold handles in place and will not shut all the way in order to snap the locks that also by the way do not snap down and stay. A HOT MESS.

This is crazy difficult to put together. We are 1 hour in and the two of us still can't get it. It literally is just snapping some pieces together which are numbered so it's impossible to not understand the directions it's that pieces just don't line up correctly. Super disappointing. Notice all the 5 star reviews say collected as part of a promotion. The truth is, this is terrible it's getting returned
