The controller is fine, but the box is crushed.  The package it was sent in was fine as well.  Must have been packed that way.

This item is good because it works and the price was NOT outrageous. The sad fact is that Sony PS4 controllers have a limited life span. This is the third controller I needed to buy for the console. I can see why the PS5 controllers are having issues too

how do i register the insurance for the controller

I give it a 3 star because it did not come sealed. Box have shelf damage. I don't know if it was USPS the issue but as delicate as a controller is it was packed very poorly. Bubble wraps or cardboard to protect. I can't return because it was a gift. I hope it works and last long.

Bad packaging!

I'm shocked that the price for the controller went up $10 when it was for a PS4 that usually gets cheaper with age instead it went UP.

it arrived on time, and looked legit, although the packaging was destroyed. it was odd that there was a generic charging cord in the box. anyone who's bought a ps4 controller knows they never have a cord included. used it, and could tell the difference right away. it wasn't smooth like a authentic ps4 controller, the dual shock was weird sounding and feeling, and the material was thin enough for the blue light to shine through the bottom of the controller. im not pleased. also, my ps4 controller charging mount will not charge this controller, neither will the ps4 USB. so the cord included is the only way to charge it, using a phone charging box.
