Price

Was going to purchase a second hand system as I was worried that I wasn’t going to use it much.. But after purchasing it, i’ve been really enjoying it. It works really well and is a lot of fun.

10/10 Would recommend

Its the one to get. After playing on almost all consoles for a good while in an esports job,ps5 seems to have a more immersive experience than the other consoles

Go for it

I ended up selling my ps4 for this and I'm glad I did. I was holding off on buying a ps5 for a bit and good thing I did because they came out with the ps5 slim versions. It's not as bulky as the original ps5 which is a big bonus for the space I have. The system itself (besides the games that try to make you subscribe or pay for DLC's) is great. In my opinion this system is better than ps4 and/or the original ps5. 
Now, the things you need to know. 

- At first the system does not heat up but eventually your better off buying a cooling fan.

- For better cooling/air flow I purchased a cooling fan for the back of the system and a cheap stand that slides in on both sides of the ps5 slim, so that it lays flat. The plastic stand that comes with the ps5 slim is not good in my opinion. [=--==]

-  I also purchased a separate charging dock, not one that is attached to a cooling stand. I find that the cooling stands do not work as well as the clip on cooling fans that connect to the back of the system. The ventilation design on the bottom of the ps5 slim does not match up with the design of the cooling stands that have been made so far. 

- You also have the option of switching back and forth from digital to the cd version buy purchasing the ps5 slim disc drive. 

- Before purchasing make a list of the items you will need for the system because to get an estimate of what you will actually need to pay. 

- If there is a game that you are interested in purchasing but think it is too pricey, ps5 slim has an option now for the online ps store that allows you to set games of interest as a notification and once the price drops your system will get notified. I've set a few games up like this and within a few weeks I received notifications some better than others like from $90 dropped to $42. 

- Also know that a lot more games on ps5 now are asking that you have a ps plus membership to play online, so inquire about the game that you want to purchase for your child if there are any further in-game payments that you will need to pay instead of finding out when your child is trying to start the game up but you have to make another payment. 

- I may have missed a few things, so search the web on things to know about ps5 slim to have a better experience with your purchase.

Pretty good.

This was literally left outside my front door for anyone walking by to grab and go aka porch pirates. Delivery notification was late via email. No door bell ring when delivered. For such a pricey item, I suggest Walmart adjust and rethink its drop off method.

The website claims it has 1000 GB of memory, which is why I bought it, but in fact, they sold me 825 GB, of which 660 GB are available. It's a CFI-2115 model. I could have bought a CFI-2000 on Amazon for the same price. I was deceived, and I'm disappointed and upset. If you want me to change my review, exchange it for 1 terabyte, as stated on the website. Buying additional memory costs the same as a new PS. Thanks to the store's website for deceiving me.

Would have given 5 stars but from the get go I forgot to input my buzzer # and wasn’t able to  make the change prior to the delivery secondly the order was delayed for no apparent reasons and the worst of all the courier dropped the package at the when no one is home with a package of that much money should not be left behind as someone could have stolen it we had to call around to get someone to leave their house to get it before it’s stolen

Bad customer care

Brand new dis not work and Walmart refuse to exchange. It was a birthday gift for my son his birthday was June 28 and I made the purchase on May 31 and it was delivered on June 01. I didn't know about their 15 days policy and it's only on June 28 that we found out the game was defective. Absolutely no customer service provided from Walmart. It was such a a big order in $ amount was went In the garbage because I had to call Sony for them to send a replacement but was given a refurbished one instead of the brand new one. I will never make any big purchases with Walmart again very disappointed

I tried to purchase a PS5 slim console yesterday which is in sale and also made the payment.
On next day, I found out that the order was cancelled even though the money was successfully transferred from my bank account. 
Walmart customer care told me that it will take 72 hours to understand the issue and im pretty dissapointed with their online shopping experience for not getting the product and also loosing my money.
