I've been waiting on what feels like forever for Sony to come out with these. The only thing is the design is kinda strange but with superior sound quality and virtually zero lag or delay I can overlook that. Gaming sound is great, but who would've thought listening to music is just as good, maybe even better. Pricey but worth it!

AWESOME HEADSET!!

As expected. Works well. Just remember when you first sync, don't follow the picture direction. When. If you want to sync with your portal. Turn on your portal and don't connect to ps5 yet. Open up setting on earbuds on portal. Then open the eabud case and press the link once and you will see white light and press link on the portal. Press till the white light in earbud case disappears and take out the earbuds and put it into your ears. It should sync. Do not press for 8 secs in the sync button and it will turn into Bluetooth. Don't connect the usb link dongle if you want to link with your portal. Sony could have given better directions for connecting with portal instead only direction for ps5 and Bluetooth devices. Overall very good product. Sound volume needs firmware tweaking.

Don't press link button for more than 8 secs

Awesome earbuds. This is specifically made for the PlayStation portal via their proprietary protocol called 'playstation link'.  No lag and the pairing was easy with the Portal. An extra PlayStation Link dongle is included so it can be used with PlayStation 5. It provides lossless sound and it's great. Not only that, I was able to get the product a few days before the estimated delivery date (before Christmas). Kudos to the Walmart Canada and the FedEx team.

Awesome Product, Great Wireless Earbuds for the PS

Bought a week ago and no complaints yet. Has different rubber tips so you can use the one that fits the best.

Nice buy

Sound quality is amazing and their design is sleek and matches the PS5 aesthetic perfectly. They're a little uncomfortable to wear for long gaming seasons but I may get used to that. The main reason for the low score is the CONSTANT disconnections. Sometimes several times an hour. Really frustrating for such an expensive pair of headphones.

Good but not great

Disconnects once in awhile while playing games, need a USB dongle to connect to ps5. Took awhile to connect to me phone.

Overall, not worth the high price

Definitely not worth the money. The battery lasts for a much shorter time than advertised. The connectivity is intermittent sometimes. The mic audio is mediocre at best.

Not worth the money

No only the audio quality is incredibly low, especially considering the price, the earbuds are constantly having audio glitches and disconnect randomly. During the years I've tried different kind of earbuds and hearphones, both bluetooth and 2.4Ghz wireless, and these were the worst experience. I was incredibly surprised given the price, and the brand. But apparently they have been experiencing issues from the start, and even with the latest firmware update they are still malfunctioning.
