I have use the ultra thin long length maximum for years !  They were perfection !
 I bought the new box and hate everything about them .... they are shorter...thinner ....less absorbent and uncomfortable !  They work like a liner.....

 Disappointing .  Time to find a new company .

I have used POISE for years and have used different absorbency as my needs changed. Over the years I have tried other products but have always come back to POISE as the best product for me. So, when the ultra thin product came out from POISE, I was very happy.  HOWEVER, in trying the product, I was highly disappointed. I can't walk to the bathroom without urine over-spilling the pad, wetting my underwear, and having urine run down my leg. This NEVER happened with the original POISE pad I have used. Should POISE discontinue making the thicker pad (which I love), I will have to search out a new product.

Highly Disappointing

I wish I had read the more recent reviews before going to the store. The newly designed Ultra Thin pads packaged in the box are horrible.  First of all you only get 36 pads rather than 39.  When I opened my first pad I had to look at the front of the box to make sure I bought the correct number. I am a "full figured" gal and the shape of these pads is too narrow.  I use the #5 at night and #4 during the day.  Have been for the last two years.  And now that the product has changed may have to look at a different brand.  I have been using Kotex products since I first started my period, many, many years ago.  Sorry Kotex, you may have lost a customer.  Why do companies change their products when everyone loves what you already have?

Don't waste your money!

Been using for about  3. years. REGULAR  length. 
Prefer  Ultra Thins   # 4  or. 5
    Others are too thick, like having a diaper on.
However, lately  having some leakage.
  Trying to find these in  LONG .& can't. 
Are Ultra thins made in. Long length ?
 If so where can I buy them ?

Your product protects the small size person but I also like many others need the longer pads. 14 to 16 inches is what we need. When I sneeze the leakage travels along body, not just down into the pad. I frequently have to change because the back of my pants are damp or even wet because the pad doesn't protect. Very disappointing. I am also using another brand that has a much longer pad which is 16 inches long.

Longer pads needed.

Agree with all the negative recent comments abt the design change. The original pad which was labeled "THIN  FLEX" is no longer.available. The replacement which Poise contends is identical is smaller, thinner + not absorbent. Will go back to Always Discreet pads which were very close in quality to the Thin Flex. Obviously a cost-saving change by Poise which has back fired based on reviews from those who used the original version.

Product change = so inferior

To simply turn your corporate back on your customers and discontinue a product that we've relied on with no warning.

To add insult to injury, you present us with a lengthened pantiliner and have the nerve to declare it more absorbent than Always period pad. That isn't a comparison. Compare it to another incontinence brand - if you could I'm betting you would have.

Unable to buy my relied-upon hourglass shape Poise pads, I must now begin the trial and error of finding another product to take its place. It won't be a Poise product.

Shame on You.

I was so thankful for the last version of these pads.  I felt secure, especially at night, and never had any leakage.  Every time I have worn this new version, urine has leaks from the sides.  Every single time, and, too often, a lot.  

This is the worst "new and improved" situation since New Coke. When that happened, I scoured stores to buy the original version. I have done the same trying to find the original formulation of these pads.  Sold out, everywhere.  I suspect that is because all of former 5 star fans are utterly disappointed. 

Now I have bulked up to the not-ultra-thin pink version and I feel like I am wearing a bath towel. (Sorry to be so graphic).  I implore those who are making the decisions at Poise, to reconsider this one.  The original version of this pad was awesome.  Please resurrect it or make sure this new version has waaaaay better side leak protection.

So disappointed

I've used the Poise Ultra Thin 5 for years. I was thrilled to find 2 boxes at the onset of the Covid Pandemic.  I thought the box was just new packaging, but quickly found that the product is changed also, and is almost useless!  I'm very disappointed and have now had to go the pink package, using the much thicker pads. I am very very disappointed.  Incontinence is depressing and inconvenient enough for us older women, then to have our trusted product taken away is very upsetting.  Sorry, Poise, but you have failed this time.

Worthless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my products on line and the store sent the new Poise Ultra Thin Pads and I hate them.  They have no absorbency at all.  Please, Please continue to make the pads that you previously had.  I cannot stand to think that you would eliminate such a wonderful product that held the wetness intact without leaking.  This "new and improved" pad leaks with the first stream of wetness.  The company has made a drastic mistake.
