Poise Ultra Thin pads ( long length ) are the best!  No more bulky pad, and the absorbance was a surprise surpassing the absorbency of the Poise regular pads.  I first feared it wouldn't hold and end up overflowing the pad, but they are the best in all the brands I have tried.   I still have an occasional overflow situation, but Poise Ultra Thins have improved my life in dealing with incontinence.

They’re thicker for a good amount of absorbency but not evident I’m wearing them.  They contain odor and last for the day.

You’re so helpful and although they are thick and absorbent they said they did not feel like a diaper which was something that meant a lot to them. They are affordable and can be found everywhere

A great product!

I love this pad! It is the exact length that I need and it is not too thin nor too thick, so it is extremely comfortable to wear on a daily basis. I had been using liners, but had to use 2 daily to help cover entire area and to help with absorption. This pad definitely does the work it's intended to do. The padding is soft, but it holds leaks and odors in really well. I will definitely be using these pads from now on.

Im always jumping around trying to find the perfect pad.. some not absorbing enough, too short, too big, too thick...I never stuck with one brand for long..until now !   These are perfect size and absorbency for me !  Good for night or days..medium to heavy flow.

Finally Perfect Fit !

These pads stick very well to the material without wings, which is important to me because wings irritate my skin.  They are between super thin and medium thin.  They absorb well.  They are wide enough to cover the whole width.  Note:  Ultimate Long are the longest pads I have ever used.  They will cover you completely and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those who get "that age" well understand that when you "gotta go, you gotta go" and you can't always get to the restroom in time. In times like those, these are definitely what you want. I personally wouldn't use them during the day because they're a bit on the bulky side for my liking but for the possible overnight accidents these are the way to go.

I have purchased Poise pads for 15 years and these are awful. Why did they change the design and thickness. Now they leak. I bought 6 boxes thinking they would be better than the old style but I think Poise needs to rethink their new design. I'm hoping I can return the 5 I have not opened.
