Protect your purchase

Hard time charging it.  Plugged in to 2 different working chargers, reliability of it actually charging so far has been 50/50.  The experience of trying to warranty the unit has been non existent with communication.  Have previously owned an older unit from this brand and it worked flawlessly.

Not what I thought it was. I thought it was a cordless portable charger and it is not. I was looking for a back up for my other one in case of power outages, but this one requires a cord and will do me no good. Unfortunately, it cost almost as much to send it back as it did for what it cost. So I'm not sure it's worth it.

Ordered this item described as power boost & power boost xl - with listing including the stats for both devices. Received only the slower lower powered battery rather than the two pack ordered

After speaking with an agent was directed to re-order and told I would receive my new order with both batteries before Xmas. New order consisted again of only the lower powered slower battery.  Merry Xmas

Convenient little power bank thats powered up my phone a few times on one charge. Product is good, it's meets my expectations so far. The booster matches its online description.

Essential Travel Companion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this power pack it will charge two items at one time, has an input output port and a USB port there is an LED indicator light that tells you if the battery pack is fully charged. Comes with a 2-year warranty the battery pack and the USB cord. You must read all instructions before you start using this item. Before you use the item make sure it is completely charged. When charging items using this power pack make sure the item is completely charged before unplugging it. The power pack is not waterproof so do not let it get anything wet on it snow, rain, any kind of moisture. When charging items make sure that they are not in your pocketbook your pocket or any kind of case because it may overheat this product and destroy it. My phone took about an hour to charge on on this power pack. When I recharged the power pack it took about an hour and a half. There's a button on the side of the power pack you push the button and if all four of the little lights are lit than the power pack is completely charged. It is a universal charger so you can even charge your tablets on this. I really like this power pack and I will keep it in my purse to use on the road or when I get somewhere and run out of power with my cell phone or tablet. I do recommend this power pack!

Universal portable battery power pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently ordered a power boost portable battery charger by Mophie. This cell phone size battery packs a powerful charge and is compact enough to carry in my pants pocket or purse. This battery pack can complete up to 2.3 full phone charges. It features a USB charge port and USB-c Input/Output port on the narrow top end of the charger. On the side there is a power on button and 4 led indicators to you know how much power is left in the battery. They include a usb-a to usb-c cable to use to charge the battery. I placed the battery on my counter and plugged in to charge overnight. The next day I carried the charger with me in my car and to work. It came in very handy when my phone started to run low on power. I just had to plug in a charging cord into my phone and the other end into the usb port on the battery pack. The battery I choose is a beautiful deep royal blue. This battery pack would be ideal for camping, fishing, hiking, working remotely or in the yard, in any room where electrical plugs are not easily accessed or all of them are being used.

Nice Portable Battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a smartphone-sized portable battery with both USB-A and USB-C ports. After fully charging it and running my phone down to 15%, the device was able to charge the phone twice (after running it down again) before it had to be recharged. It does not come with a charger or cord. I would definitely recommend.
