Ratings & Reviews+

Power Pro Braided Spectra Fiber Micro Filament Line 300 yd Moss Green - 65 lb is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Power Pro 65# I love the stuff. I use the 65# on my salmon and sturgeon rods. I will occasionally use it for stripers too. The reason I don't give 5 stars is the stuff is not perfect. Nothing is. It has almost zero stretch and that can be good or bad depending on the situation. Great for detecting bites but easy to pull a hook on a hard fighting fish. Good drags and poles are a must. The stuff will cut you if you get your hand in the way. I have also had the problem with 30# biting into the spool and not coming off correctly. I broke 30# twice last year, with 30# mono leader, and the power pro broke both times. Lastly the stuff ain't cheep. Costs about $30 to spoil a reel but can usually get 5 years or so. Usually halfway through I pull it off and change direction of the line.
