[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my carpets and couches works great, floor brush broke after three years but kids broke it vacuuming toys up, cleaning the vacuum as a whole kinda tedious but works great after definitely would buy again

It works better than any vacuum I've ever used on all surfaces pet hair not a problem I couldn't believe how much it sucked up my old vacuum stopped working but even where I had vacuumed with that this one made it look like it did nothing it is awesome.

It's awesome

We use it on Our carpets. It makes Our carpets soft now. The vaccum We used to have it was blowing the dirt and dust around from the bag. We had it for about 10 years. But it was a total of 25 years old. We love the fact Our allergies are so much better since We have been using Your vacuum and We breath so much better. So! Thank-You so much for making a GREAT Vaccum!!! The only thing We wish is for the cord to be a little longer that is the only thing We wanted to point out.

We love this vaccum cleanner

I have a busy house 2 shedding dogs, 5 year old and my husband. So a lot of traffic. This vacuum works great. Picks up hair great, gets along walls great. The only thing I would change is longer hose and it would lay flat so I can get under beds. I really like it.

Good product

Christmas present barely used as I have another machine for my hardwood floors. Used for my area rugs about 5x7 and a 6x12. Maybe used about 5 or 6 times when suction dropped dramatically. The product was very easy to trouble shoot and I found a broken belt. Called customer service only to find out that belts aren't covered. After explaining that the product was barely used and I was disappointed that the belt broke with minimal wear and tear they offered to send one as a courtesy. I appreciated them backing their product. Will stick with other products from this company.

Belt broke within few uses but customer service was awesome!

On the positive side, I really like the power of this vacuum, which is excellent, and also the fact that it is quite lightweight. However, on the down side, the hose is much too short, even with the wand attached. There is no way to reach a ceiling with this length of hose. Also, I've had some problems with keeping the hose attached to the machine. These are the reasons why I can't give this vacuum an excellent rating. It's good but not great.

Some good, some not so much

I like Bissell products because they deliver what they advertise. I do not have a large space to clean so this is perfect for me. I put it together promptly and I am elderly and live alone. Bissell has never failed for me. I have their carpet cleaner also.

I would gladly purchase this product again.

I bought this vacuum, hoping that it would be great for my home with my pets, but only after a month, it broke this vacuum was not worth my money.

Breaks down after a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the vacuum to replace an old one from Bissell. I didn't know that the hose was that stiff, and short. No flexibility, can't reach ceilings, and I can't do anything with it. If your was to improve it, put a better, longer, more stretched-out on a hose on it.

Not a good hose and to short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought 2 the belt is very easily broken. You can't find a replacement belt online or in store that fits. Why even buy if you can't get replacement parts. VERY VERY disappointed with product. Might as well throw away your money if you buy this vacum. Just gave a 1 star to be able to submit it should be -star.

I will not buy another.
