Product was better than expected- great quality with lots of storage room without being bulky

Mushroom Shelf

Over priced in my opinion and poorly wrapped for shipping. I am guessing from the shipping process the shelf arrived damaged. For the sake of needing this item I decided to suck it up and use touch up paint even though the edge of the shelf facing outward was damaged as well as the paint. Putting this item together was a task because some of the drill holes did not do all the way through or they were completely off. If this would have been a 50 buck shelf no complaints, but being over 100 bucks, they could have done a lot better, even it was to pack better for shipping.

VERY poor

The box arrived with 3 of the pieces cracked in 1/2.  I contacted Prepac, sent photos, and told them specifically which part #'s out of the manual required replacement.  They sent replacement parts (arrived 8 days later) but the replacement parts they sent were not the correct ones (not the part #'s in the manual that I mentioned).  Very frustrating.  Now I need to contact them again and wait for another set of replacements.  Meanwhile parts are lying all over my floor.

Poor packaging, pieces arrived cracked

Wal-Mart you just ruined Mother's Day. Your vendor shipped this with 2 x part # C2 and zero part # C5. Maybe if they were more like Ikea and actually LABELED THEIR PARTS they wouldn't make this rookie mistake.
