Prima Thermal Shield Energy Saving Curtain is rated 2.1 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless I hung these this morning and now my 3 year old daughter is in bed sleeping with these curtains up, a different curtain tacked underneath and finally a blanket thrown over the curtain rod when it still remained too light in her room for her to get to sleep. I think the product description way overstates the percentage of light blocked - I'd say perhaps 55%. I've never bothered reviewing a product before but felt compelled to do so with these curtains. They will be going back and I will continue on my quest to find curtains that actually block the light so that my daughter can sleep!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Absolutely NOT Blackout I picked these up today and my husband put them up while I was at work. I get home and the light totally comes through. And today is a cloudy day so I can only imagine what they will be like when it's sunny out. I gave 2 stars because they would be nice curtains if you don't care about them actually blocking light.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh Alright I Guess These curtains should really be called sheers, Even the black (which is what I purchased) doesn't really block the light all that much and though I don't know very much about fabric, these really do look cheap, like rayon maybe? Not sure but something like that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay value For the price I the curtains I guess I'm satisfied it does say black out panel but def not black out so not sure how it's energy savings but If your just looking for decorative don't care of thy block out all the light they are good they have stickies on them to stick them to the wall so that's a little odd and cheep looking but you can take them off!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible curtains that don't work as advertised I bought these due to the claim on the front that they'd block 99% of the light. They hardly block any light. You can actually see right through them - more like sheers than a room darkening curtain. They are marginally better than a bare window.
